The scientific article was presented last year at the [21st International Conference on Irradiation Effects on Insulator Materials (REI-21](https://rei21.kyushu-u.ac.jp/)) in collaboration with Dr. Shinichiro Sato of the Quantum Science and Technology Agency, and has been published in the journal [Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research](https://archive.org/details/sim_nuclear-instruments-methods-physics-research-b_1994-1995_91-100_cumulative-index) [Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms Volume 547, February 2024, 165181](https://archive.org/details/sim_nuclear-instruments-methods-physics-research-b_1994-1995_91-100_cumulative-index).
