量子科学技術研究開発機構の佐藤 真一郎先生との共同研究で、昨年の[第21回絶縁体材料の照射効果に関する国際会議（REI-21）](https://rei21.kyushu-u.ac.jp/)で発表された内容が論文となり、学術誌 [Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms Volume 547, February 2024, 165181](https://archive.org/details/sim_nuclear-instruments-methods-physics-research-b_1994-1995_91-100_cumulative-index)に掲載されました。ご協力を頂きました皆様にあらためまして感謝を申し上げます。今後も科学の発展の一助となるべく努めてまいります。
